The external worlds has a lot of NPCs to whom talk and a lot of missions to do. Some need a lot of help, while others just need a little help to keep the society working well. When you enter Edgewater for the first time, you will meet Silas. It is up to him to take care of the cemetery and make sure all the inhabitants of Edgewater pay their due.
